Week 1 – over 10 pounds lost…

I was amazed this morning to see the scale read 258.8 pounds.  That is just over 10 pounds lost on my program in just 1 week.  How do I feel?  I feel like I need some fibre :)   

I was taking my fibre every morning before work but forgot to take over the weekend so I think I could lose at least another pound.  In any case, I am very happy with my progress so far.  I have many challenges coming up in the next two weeks including a golf tournament on Thursday.  Free golf, free beer and free food.  They do say the best things in life are free but I don’t think they were talking about free beer…
