south beach diet snack – cheese and peanut butter

Seriously I know at first this sounds really disgusting but if you take a few slices of low fat cheddar cheese and spread a thin layer of peanut butter on it you have yourself an excellent snack.  This snack works for all phases in the south beach diet.  It is very filling and satisfies the hunger pangs.

Works as a quick breakfast on the run as well!  enjoy and let me know what you think.
