stop biting your nails

I have been a nail biter ever since I was in junior high school.  What a nasty, gross, disgusting habit! (The sore fingers, unable to pick coins up off the floor, the flu, colds and other bacteria sickness)  I had no idea that when I started this “health kick” I would have yet another benefit to me.

So I continue on the South Beach Diet phase 1 and my 45 minutes a morning stationary bike.  I have found that I now actually have finger nails!  IN fact, I have not bitten my nails for the whole month that I have been on my program.  Perhaps it is the diet or perhaps it is the exercise.  Whatever it is, it is just another incentive to continue on.  My body and my nails have never felt so good.
