Low blood sugar – not garcinia cambogia

Woke up at 2:30am and my blood sugar was 8.5 which is perfect.  However at 6:30am I was in a crazy sweat and had to wake up.  My blood sugar had dropped to 2.1 and I was having a hypoglycemic reaction (extremely low blood sugar).  Took 4 dextrose tablets and feel fine now blogging at 6:50am.  I don’t think the garcinia cambogia had anything to do with my low blood sugar except for the fact that I ate so much less yesterday.  At the end of the day I still had 10 of my weight watchers points left.  I also had done my 5km walk/jog and coached my kid’s hockey team in the evening.  I did reduce my nighttime insulin by 10% (3 units) but it looks likes I will have to reduce more.  Again I do not feel this had to do so much directly with garcinia cambogia lowering my blood sugar but more the fact that I did not eat enough yesterday (perhaps as a result of the garcinia cambogia appetite suppression) to offset the amount of insulin I took.  I will continue with it today – to take my first 1000mg in a few minutes here…
