Did garcinia cambogia help me lose weight?

I have taken garcinia cambogia for 5 full days now. Today at my weekly weight in I was down 6 pounds! It feels so good. I dont give garcinia cambogia all the credit. I have also been walking 5km per day and eating healthy. However I do feel my weight loss has been accelerated.

I must warn again… The garcinia cambogia has resulted in major hyperglycemia. I have required and average of 10 glucose tablets a day as I have continued to reduce my insulin.

I would not recommend any diabetic take this stuff unless they are very aware of their low blood sugar signs early and carry sugar tablets 24hrs per day. Over the coming weeks I hope to figure out how the garcinia cambogia is working and I will continue to report my findings. Next week I will look to increase my dose…

  3. The product really works i also want to reduce my weight i have tried many thing but it does not works for me i dont know why but it is an embarrassing situation for me please recomend me more method that how i can solve my problem of loosing weight.

    • Logging is the #1 thing I can recommend. You must keep track of everything you eat and you must follow some form of good eating program (whatever works for you). There are many good eating programs and I have tried them all (South Beach Diet, Atkins, Low GI diet, Weight Watchers). The key to all of them is you need to keep track of what you are taking in so you stay focused on following the program. My favorite is weight watchers because it does allow you to eat anything you want as long as you don’t go over your daily points target. You can eat anything in moderation and if you go over the limit on your points you can still eat fruits and veggies for free. In addition to logging and following a program I have found that garcinia cambogia along with green coffee extract accelerate my weight loss. The last part of the formula is exercise. Just like logging – you need to come up with a program and schedule it/follow it every day.

      • I have tried various program but it does not effect on me because i cannot control myself on this topic. Food is my weakness. I liked your suggestion i would surelly like to try your technique of loosing weight.

      • Let me know your biggest weakness and I can suggest alternatives. My weakness is pizza so I make a pizza on a pita instead (as per this posting). There are others too. Another one is spaghetti squash instead of spaghetti. Lasagna with zucchini instead of noodles and using turkey instead of beef. Burgers on lettuce instead of a bun. Just track everything you eat and you can do it.
