Garcinia Cambogia and exercise

What an intense weekend… 2 early mornings of coaching ice hockey and 3 later afternoon / late evenings of playing hockey. It seems that garcinia cambogia’s ability to reduce blood sugar is not effected or excelerated by exercise (unlike insulin)

I have a few ideas of how the garcinia cambogia is effecting my blood sugar. It seems more like it is stopping my body from converting the carbs to sugar more thab actually lowing blood sugar on its own.

Today I increase from1500mg per day to 2000mg. I have taken the same insulin today (23) and will eat a similar meal plan. Will my blood sugar be drastically reduced due to the extra 500mg? That is what I hope to find out.
