Diabetes and garcinia cambogia insulin up weight way down

After 2 weeks on garcinia cambogia blood sugar is now going back up. Originally my blood sugar plummeted with the garcinia cambogia. I had to reduce insulin by 20%. Now 2 weeks later blood sugar is back up and so insulin required is increasing back to almost what is was before the garcinia.

However weight loss is still extreme. I lost another 6 pounds this week! Thats a total of over 20 pounds in 3 weeks. Over 6% of my body weight. The garcinia cambogia really eliminates my appetite. So far no side effects except the 2 week drop in blood sugar. Still no alcohol and following weight watchers.
