Two weeks 3 more pounds lost

Update… 3 more pounds loat in the past 2 weeks. This is after almost 2 months of losing weight with weight watchers food plan and garcinia cambogia supplement.

As a type 1 diabetic I have found the garcinia is no longer causing a major low blood sugar. I guess my body got use to it after a few weeks.

I have been eating a few too many carbs even though staying within the WW plan. I am going to try to stop that to excellerate my weight loss.

No cheating at all! No alcohol at all.
