HCG Diet the body shock and food of Day 1 vs Day 3

For those who have not journeyed into the HCG Diet, here is a quick look at the shocking comparison of day 1 and 2 foods vs day 3 and onwards.

Day 1





Over 5000 calories including not shown beer , wine, half an extra large Chicago Deep Dish Pizza

Day 3


Down to 500 calories including the cod fillet, 3 scallops, strawberries above as well as romaine lettuce with apple cider vinegar and grilled chicken breast, 3 Roma tomatoes and a medium apple.

This really demonstrates the shock to the body after trying to process 5000 calories and now getting only 500.  The calorie burn and fat burn is kickstarted and ready to go.

Updates will continue throughout including the glamorous “before” pictures we took.  Over 550 pounds of human mess ready to start cleaning up!
